This year two events are being held “back to back” offering 40 speakers with 18 hours of education over two days, open to everyone under one registration process to ensure the best opportunities for learning needs.
On 24 November, the full day Victorian Department of Health and Human Services Forum is a must-attend event for anyone involved in implementing advance care planning in any jurisdiction. It will showcase innovative projects funded by the Department under the Victorian Strategy for Health Services 2014-18, with results emerging that shed new light on how we approach advance care planning.
On the evening of 24 November, the 2015 Advance Care Planning and End of Life Care National Conference Official Networking Events offer the chance for peers to discuss latest developments in quality surroundings, with a three course meal and guest speakers.
