The Inner North West Primary Care Partnership (INW PCP) is a voluntary alliance of 46 agencies that provide health and community care to the local government areas of Melbourne, Moreland, Moonee Valley and Yarra.
There are two membership levels as follows:
Level 1 – General Member
Includes ‘Core’ organisations as specified in the DHHS guidelines and/or responsible for the delivery of primary care services, in the local government areas of City of Melbourne, Moreland City Council, Moonee Valley City Council and City of Yarra.
Level 2 – Associate Member
Organisations participating in or delivering acute, community or welfare services in the local government areas of City of Melbourne, Moreland City Council, Moonee Valley City Council and City of Yarra.
