Emma Fitzsimon
Executive Officer

Emma joined the INW PCP as a Project Coordinator in August 2013 and is now the Executive Officer. Emma has a Master of Public Health (Melbourne University), specializing in Health Program Evaluation and Indigenous Health. Emma has recently worked as an Evaluation Consultant and before embarking on her Master’s was practising as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, in her own private practice (2001-2013), where she specialised in clinical exercise interventions for persons at high-risk of developing, or with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries.

In her current role she is responsible for the operational management and leadership of INW PCP.

Rebecca Morgan
Prevention Manager – Integrated Health Promotion

Rebecca joined the INW PCP as the Prevention Manager in January 2017. Rebecca has extensive experience working in Population and Preventative health, previously working as a Population Health Coordinator in the Inner East PCP; and prior to this working as a Research Officer at The Centre of Excellence in Intervention and Prevention Science. Her experience includes leading, implementing and evaluating a number of region-wide health promotion and public health initiatives, as well as implementing and facilitating capacity building interventions supporting systems change. Rebecca holds a Masters degree in both Public Health and Health Promotion, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition.

Her role with INW PCP involves facilitating and leading projects in Integrated Health Promotion.

Isabella Roxburgh
Project Coordinator – Access and Equity

Isabella joined INW PCP as a Project Coordinator in July 2018. Isabella has worked in research and international development specialising in women’s rights and empowerment. Isabella has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology and is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion.

Melissa Collins
Project Coordinator

Melissa joined INW PCP originally in 2015 as an evaluation officer and is pleased to return more recently as a project coordinator under the prevention portfolio. Melissa has worked in a number of evaluation and project coordination roles at INW PCP including the Healthy Ageing in Public Housing Project and the evaluation of the Diabetes Services Review Collaborative Project. Having completed her Master of Public Health (Health Program Evaluation) by research in 2014, she has further developed her skills in evaluation while also enjoying various sessional academic roles at Monash University (SPHPM), University of Melbourne (Melbourne School of Population and Global Health) and Endeavour College. Prior to her work at INW PCP Melissa has worked in private practice as a nutritionist/naturopath with a focus on non-communicable disease prevention and weight management. Melissa is currently also working as a research assistant for Lucio Naccarella at the University of Melbourne.

Estelle Donse
Health Literacy Project Manager

Estelle joined the INW PCP as Health Literacy Project Manager in January 2018. Estelle began her public health career with the Australian government working on health policy and projects. She later made the move to international health to work on community health projects in India, Haiti and Laos. In these roles she worked on a range of issues and in a variety of positions. Her experience includes developing, implementing and evaluating projects and training community health workers in health and nutrition. Estelle holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and a Masters in International Health.

Her role with INW PCP involves managing projects in health literacy.

Barbara Paolini
Communications and Administration Officer

Barbara joined INW PCP as the Communications and Administration Officer in March 2013.

Barbara has previously worked as an Executive Assistant for a variety of organisations including; a community health service, financial services organisations and Melbourne Port Corporation.

In her role Barbara manages the full range of administrative processes, develops our monthly newsletter, oversees our social media and website and provides project support.
